Reviewer Type: Family With Children

Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and impressive. The breakfast is excellent and offers a great variety of options. The staff are absolutely amazing, incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly!

Negative: Everything feels a little outdated. The sunbeds by the pool are dirty, with what looks like mold on them. Our room had an open bathroom layout, with the toilet located inside the room rather than in a separate enclosed bathroom. There was only one door, which could close off either the toilet area or the shower area, but not both at the same time. This was very uncomfortable for us as a couple, and it also meant that unpleasant odors spread throughout the room whenever someone used the toilet. The view from our room overlooked the hotel’s operational area, which was also disappointing and unpleasant.
