Welcome to The Satellite Hotel! This historic Hi-Rise Building has a fabulous Retro architectural style that came from its construction in the early 70’s. The common areas have been updated to accommodate to all of today’s comforts while still giving you glimpses of days past.
This building began as a premium Hotel and Condominium complex geared towards those that wanted to live every day in the resort lifestyle- today it hosts many privately owned Condos all with their own unique décor & personality! This location is also home to many small (and CONVENIENT!) businesses such as a Salon, a Café, and a Restaurant & Lounge. The Seasonal Heated Pool, Dry Sauna & Fitness Center are additional perks you’ll enjoy during your stay with us! The central location keeps all commute times in our city to right around 30 minutes and provides you a great starting point for any sight or adventure you choose to explore for that day!
This sleek, modern and open condo gives the impression of an upscale cocktail lounge and is sure to impress! When you first enter, you’ll immediately be drawn to the exterior walls that are entirely windows and create a breath-taking, changing mural throughout each day! There’s sliding doors located in each bedroom and the living room giving you access to lounge on the private covered balcony that runs the entire length of the condo to sip your favorite beverage and take in the sunrise, sunset or anything in between.
Next you can kick back in the living room and enjoy some TV- or enjoy the gigantic electric fireplace. When the lights go down, the fireplace wall will twinkle enough to match the stars outside! You won’t miss a second of your show running to the adjacent kitchen which boasts modern décor and full-sized appliances- INCLUDING the refrigerator & dishwasher that are seamlessly hidden to match the cabinets. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities (and then some) if you prefer to stay in for your meals or to use the grill that’s on the balcony. There’s a wet bar next to the kitchen with its own sink, ice maker and seating for 5. (Sorry, you’ll need to bring the alcohol!) There’s also a glass dining table with seating for 4 next to the bar to give you options for whichever dining experience you prefer!
The bedrooms are both stylish and elegant with king-sized beds and loads of closet space. The Master Bedroom has its own attached ¾ bathroom with modern décor. The 2nd bedroom has desk space if you need to fit in some work, and a bathroom directly across the hall with a large walk-in shower.
Time has evolved this landmark into its own small community filled with pride & friendliness- if you’re here more than a couple of days then you’ll find the people here will start to know your name and say good morning over your coffee!
