Positive: Location was nice on a farm with animals, on the outskirts of town so it was a nice rural feeling without traffic.

Negative: The mattresses are worn out, not comfortable, need to be replaced. The kitchen didn't have microwave oven and electric water kettle which is a must have for this type of an apartment.

Summary: Beautiful location, extra clean, need investing in kitchen appliances.
