Positive: Almost everything was perfect. The staff were for the most part amazing, the cleanliness was unreal, the views and peacefulness. It’s like heaven on earth - the water villa is superb
Negative: Liked absolutely everything except for two things. Firstly, we went with our 1 year old son and pushing him around in his stroller was very difficult. It was not user friendly in that respect, and so there needs to be walkways, not just for children but also elderly, disabled etc. Secondly it does cost a lot for extras such as alcohol etc and it’s not clear when you book that there’s an all inclusive option. Thirdly, we’ve unfortunately travelled during the Middle East war happening right now and I feel that the staff knew for 4 whole days what the situation was and were not proactive enough to help me find alternative suitable flights. As I’m writing this, I’ve been left stranded.
