Positive: The unit is as pictured. It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable. HOWEVER, the communication with the managing company, The Winter Park Team, was the absolute worst experience I had with using Booking.com for over two decades. I was erroneously charged for another property in Estes Park (managed by the same company) that I canceled during the free cancellation period. In addition to that, we did not receive check-in information for this property even to the day before check-in. I messaged the property management via Booking.com several times and received short and abrupt replies saying they sent the information out. The message communications were rude and unhelpful. I had to call the property management several times to finally resolve the issues.

Summary: Great place to stay. Bad management company.
