Monaco Bay View villa makes full use of its elevated position to offer perfect sea views from just about every room in the house. Great sliding doors push back to allow a real sense of outdoor living and flood the rooms with natural light as the warm Mediterranean air filters through to the whole house.
This villa was conceived as a purpose built holiday home for an international family who have brought elements of their distant home and personal style to create a really luxurious space. A breath of fresh air on the Cote d'Azur it reflects a relaxed, natural clean style that keeps functionality to the fore without losing comfort or its unique low key luxury.
The interior designed furnishings were brought in from abroad under the design and guidance of Julia Twigg, a renowned interior designer in her home town . Her clients are a loyal and elite group who have brought her expertise to bear across many corners of the globe. The villa sits in its own grounds with tended gardens, a private infinity pool and secure indoor parking for three cars with low ride access , it is perfect for extra wide and extra low parking space. Three of four levels of the villa are accessed by an elevator from the garage.
The villa features two main house bedrooms; one master suite bedroom and a second double bedroom. These are split by a shared hallway with a coffee/breakfast station. A third bedroom is housed in an attached ground floor studio which features its own private entrance and terrace with dining and lounging areas. The studio bedroom guests can enjoy full privacy or be part of the main household as the spaces are connected by a staircase.
There is a separate guardian studio with bathroom facilities. This can be used as guest over-spill accommodation or used by household staff. It is basic but also air conditioned and independent so it affords some privacy for all.

The ancient medieval village of Roquebrune is a less than 2km away and lends a dramatic backdrop to the scenery. It is a 30 minute walk or a 2 minute drive with village parking on the outskirts of the pedestrian town. You will find the village is a charming mix of ancient stone walls, thousand year old olive trees and traditional markets mixed with authentic gastronomique restaurants that draw locals from a far.
It has two of the quietest most unspoilt beaches too that are uncluttered and natural with crystal water for swimming. Both are accessible largely by foot only and so are safe and peaceful, away from road noise and traffic.
