Positive: Our host John was lovely and met us at the property even though we arrived around midnight. He provided info about the property and helped with any questions we had about the area. He kindly offered for us to reach out with any questions we had about sites/attractions, or even just for booking us taxis. He arranged our boat cruise for us also. He also offered for us to stay later after the check-out time as we had a late ferry on to Paros.
Negative: The only thing I can fault with this property is the location although that is not necessarily a disadvantage, especially if you have a car. It also means it is very quiet and peaceful and we felt it was very private. If you don't have a car then you need to taxi to places and 20 euro will be the cheapest fare (for a very short ride). It was 60 euro to get to the ferry terminal. We walked to Oia but it's not an ideal walk in the heat with no footpaths.
Summary: Gorgeous accommodation and it made a huge difference to our overall stay in Santorini!
