River Oak is a wonderful newly built property set in the delightful little village of Rainton, which is ideal for families and friends wanting that special house in a fantastic location for your unique holiday. This has to be a ’one off’ property in this area, there are not many houses that sleep eight guests in four bedrooms that have so much space for everyone. Entrance is gained into the hallway flowing through to the spacious living area with comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV, giving a great place to snuggle up on those colder evenings with a glass or two of red wine. The designer kitchen/dining room features all the usual mod cons and is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. If cooking is not part of the holiday plan then there are many eateries close by that you can choose from. All four bedrooms have luxury bed linen aiding a perfect night’s sleep, meaning you are fully energised for the next day’s adventure.
