Arriving at the tall ceiling Luxe Cabin, you will love sitting on the covered front porch listening to the birds sing. In the evening, you will watch the sun set over the water from the picture window, the back porch, or from the comfort of your king size bed. After dinner, a big bonfire pit awaits you for toasting marshmallows and looking up through the trees at the bright stars!
The Luxe Cabin is your rustic getaway with an elegant and luxurious flair! With its large rooms and inspiring views, you will be enveloped in nature and pampered with modernity at the same time! Everything Texas-sized, you will have a massive fire pit with a huge bon fire in the woods on one side, and scenic views of Elger Bay on the other! Just minutes from award winning restaurants and two state parks with incredible sandy beaches, you can round out your day with a beautiful walk!
Watch a movie on the 65-inch smart TV from the big couch, then unwind in your comfy King sized bed while the moon sets over the water!
You can relax on the covered front porch while enjoying an espresso or coffee (Nespresso machine, but pods not included) and listening to the eagles, owls, and bullfrogs!
Guest access:
The Luxe Cabin is the wood cabin on the right 2708B. Park by the fire pit, or in front of the cabin. There are about 6 parking spots.
Note that the Cabin is 2 levels. For large groups, consider booking the entire Waterfront Acre Estate.

Bonfire Pit Rules and Smoking Policy - by booking you agree to the following:
1. Children under age 12 to be accompanied and supervised in bonfire pit area at all times.
2. We are not responsible for damage, injuries or any outcome to people, pets or personal items resulting from use of the bonfire pit or property.
3. By booking you agree that children under age 12 will not be permitted to use igniters, matches, lighters, or torches in or around the bonfire pit or Cabin.
4. Do not take, use, or burn logs or wood that are on the tarp-covered pallets in the woods.
5. Do not throw butts, cigarettes, bottles, cans, bottle tops or any other trash or debris in the bonfire pit, on the ground, or on the property. Use the provided trash receptacles only, and for cigarette or cigar butts, field strip prior to disposal and only dispose in the outdoor bins. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. Cleanup resulting from improper disposal of butts or trash will be billed for at a rate of $75/hour.
6. Do not burn anything except natural untreated wood in the bonfire pit. Why is this important? We provide a clean and toxin free bonfire pit for the optimal health and well-being of our guests, wildlife, and flora.
Coffee and Pantry Supplies:
We generally provide tea, ground coffee and sometimes provide K-cups. A coffee maker and a Keurig machine are available for your use. Limited pantry supplies are also available for your use but not guaranteed. Please do not leave condiments or food products as we cannot use them and they will be thrown out.
Dumping:
We provide trash bins inside and out for your use. Dumping of items larger than 12”x12”, electronics, appliances, tanks, pallets, logs, furniture, or excessive amounts of trash is not permitted. By booking you agree that if you dispose or abandon any of the above-mentioned items, a contractor will remove the items at your cost of $100 per hour plus dump fees.
