Positive: Wheelchair accessible, pet friendly, beautiful views, fenced yard, space for 8 adults and 2 dogs. Peaceful mornings, watching the eagles, watching and hoping for whales.
Negative: Harder for wheelchair to access back yard but nice wrap around deck.
