This is 2 stylish, comfortable and well appointed apartments in one 125 year old house with 3 bedrooms each floor (6 total). A kitchen, Livingroom and bathroom on each floor, a game room and 3 porches. A Back yard with a picnic table, fire pit, hammock and other seating surrounded by perennial gardens and flower pots. All only steps away from a quaint New England Downtown with a few dozen restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Including a brewery, arcade bar, axe throwing, escape room, coffee roaster and chocolate shop. As well as art spaces, a Homestead museum, rails to trails and several fairs and festivals. Located in the center of the state you have easy access all Connecticut has to offer. In an hour15 to 2 hours you can take a day trip to NYC, Boston, The Cape, Berkshire mountains, Providence and New Port RI. Summary: Wow! Great place well furnished. Walk to very cool factory with a few shops activities coffee place and micro brew. 5 minutes to downtown and hair of restaurants. The house has two apartments with 3 bedrooms each. Great for family. Nice backyard. Dated but well kept up. And James is incredibly helpful and responsive. Thanks!
