Summary: Excellent location, about 4 minutes walk to main piazza and very good value for the price. Franca, the owner, who speaks good English, is very nice and gave us great advice about various events and good restaurants within easy walking distance and made sure our stay was very pleasant. The day we arrived, unknown to us, was a major feast day. She sent us a message in advance to arrive a bit earlier and even got in our vehicle to help us successfully and quickly find a parking spot. The breakfast was very good with excellent coffees, cornetti, and even some meats, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. There were multiple outlets for our electronics, the air con was strong, the refrigerator adequate, and the shower was strong and hot. We would definitely stay again. Mille grazie Franca.
