Positive: Serena was very kind, considerate, and welcoming. I had the best dinner of my stay based on her recommendation. The apartment was beautiful, well appointed, private, and even the neighbors were welcoming, including Bruna the puppy :-). Felt very safe for a solo traveler. Bonus - Serena and her husband made me feel very special on the morning of my birthday - even sang to me :-).
