1 Bedroom Apartment with Wellness Facilities, Security and Bedding

I have a large 2nd floor studio apartment. This apartment is separate from the main house and has it's own yard fenced yard. There is a 22x12 deck with a gas grill. My property is on what is left of a large farm and is 1 mile from Downtown Brighton, The studio can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a basic kitchen area with Fridge, Microwave and coffee . This is a simple place with nice accommodations. Mount Brighton Skiing is 1 mile and Brighton State recreation area is 1 mile. The city of Brighton is in walking distance too approx 1 mile. There is a $150 security deposit and if there is no damage it will be refunded!
This apartment is the 2nd floor with lots of Privacy. There is a school across the street with a playground.The place has a rustic feel but is not some kind of place to have a party etc! Visitors are ok as long as you respect the property.

Summary: The host had excellent communication and quickly replied to any questions i had. The apartment was very clean and cozy whoch sas important since it was so cold outside. The location was excellent just 5 minutes from downtown Brighton and grocery stores and restaurants. I woukd highly recommend this apartment and owner
