Positive: Location was perfect! Loved having a sandy beach to sit on and enter water! Home was stocked perfectly with plates, pans, utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, towels , etc!

Negative: Refrigerator needs to be bigger when 11 people are renting home! Wish outdoor shower had shower head.
