Negative: Trying to interact with Vacasa. After we arrived and settled in we received an email from Vacasa telling us we could not drink the water and could not use the lake. This house is called "Lake Rescue Escape" and we booked based on swimming and boating in the lake. Vermont had floods over two weeks prior, plenty of time to tell all renters the situation or put it on the listing. We received several check-in instruction emails prior to arriving - none mentioned the situation. Vacasa repeatedly told us an "area manager" would contact us about the situation but we never heard from anyone. I would never rent a Vacasa rental again.

Summary: Too bad the lake was off limits and we could not drink the water and nobody told us in advance
