Summary: This small hotel is an absolute gem! From the minute I walked in I could tell this was going to be a special place. We were made so welcome by Virginia when we checked in, she was so warm and charming just like the hotel. It felt cosy and instantly homely with tasteful decorations in the reception area and in our room. We had one of the rooms on the top floor which opened onto the gorgeous roof terrace decorated beautifully with lots of plants and pots and lights in the evening. Very spacious room which was immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace with views of the cathedral and was incredible! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, ham, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, toast, cereals, muesli, extra toppings such as dried fruit and seeds, cakes, jams, pate, cheese, tea, coffee and probably some things I've missed! Outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay.
