This 222-square-foot tiny house features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and a waterless eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

By car:
- From Höganäs, 15 minutes by car. To Helsingborg, 35 minutes by car.
- To Copenhagen, 1.30 hrs.
- The last kilometer, there is a gravel road, but any car can reach it without a problem.
By public transport:
- It's possible to take the bus to Höganäs, Mölle and Helsingborg from the main road, 30 minutes walk from the house.
