Check-in is available between 15:00 and 20:00, at the main building: kinsui honkan. reservations are only guaranteed until 20:00, hot-spring baths are open 07:00-23:00 (last entry at 22:40). guests cannot use the baths before check-in and after check-out, to eat breakfast at the hotel, please indicate your request at time of check-in, guests must spread their own beds (sets of japanese futon bedding), please note that there is no elevator available and that the rooms are only accessible by stairs.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Positive: I love the rooms and how easy it's to get around the town
Negative: no elevator, so I needed to carry all luggages for my whole family to the 3rd floor
Summary: If the train cost to kinosaki onsen is not that expensive, I will come back to this place for sure.
