Summary: We booked a king room. When we arrived, we were told there was a problem with the toilet in the room we booked so they would be putting us in a double queen room because we booked it through a 3rd party and the cost for the double queen was the same. I offered to pay the difference and she was unable to make that happen, because we booked through a 3rd party. As it was late and we were tired, I accepted the double queen room but was very unhappy. I feel that we should have automatically been switched to another king room as the issue was not our fault. We wont be staying there again!
