Positive: Lovely house in a quiet location just 2 minutes walk from the tiny beach at Cala Invencible. Warm, friendly welcome from owner José. Outside seating area at the front of the house. Large lounge with comfortable settee, table and chairs, huge TV with streaming services and a useful storage cupboard. Very well equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, halogen hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Huge cupboard for food and drink storage. Plenty of crockery, pans, cutlery and other utensils. Excellent washing machine outside in a small enclosure with washing lines. Lots of cleaning materials provided, dishcloths, scourers, bin bags etc. And a wonderful food and drink welcome pack including coffee pods. Downstairs shower room was excellent as were the upstairs bathroom and ensuite shower room. Shampoo, shower gel and hand wash all provided. Bedrooms weren't huge, but plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. We found the bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. Nice terrace accessible from the 2 front bedrooms with views through to the sea. The Spar supermarket in San Juan de Los Terreos was within walking distance, along with a good choice of bars and restaurants. We would definitely consider returning to House Parra. Our 3 week trip was wonderful
