Positive: The hotel lobby was very nice. We were welcomed with complimentary coffee or a champagne cocktail. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning exceeded expectations. A lovely woman made sure we had grande tea pots and everything we could want. I would stay again!
