Positive: The hotel is exactly like on pictures , even prettier ! Staff is very accommodating, polite, and eager to help! We had breakfast and dinner included in our room rate, and the food was just amazing! We love that the bus stop to the cable car is just across the street. We definitely come back and would highly recommend it to anyone!
