Positive: Fantastic view from the living room. Nicely done out apartment. Well equipped kitchen. It's in a great position. Loved the little town of Boscastle.

Negative: The floor was so dirty, my daughter had to hoover before she would take her shoes off in there. The bed was very uncomfortable, It had a huge dip in that left me with neck pain and headache from being on an angle. The terrace is just a small space sandwiched between the back of there house and a neighbouring fence. It did not feel pleasant to sit out there at all.

Summary: Lovely place if only it was cleaner and had a decent mattress.
