Summary: The toilet was clogged on arrival. When called front desk the brought me a plunger to fix the toilet myself. We were also told at check in about the heated pool. We went and purchased bathing suits and grabbed dinner, retuned 4 hours later to pool being closed for the evening and very disappointed kids.
