Your arrival will be met with a modern covered wood loggia, featuring recessed lighting, desert landscaping, and TV. The Living Room features an extra deep sofa with a 60" TV, and mid-century modern tulip table seating 4. The fully stocked Kitchen features a stainless steel full size gas oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, with quartz counter tops. The bedroom features a queen Casper mattress and 42” Smart TV. Steps away from downtown, and University of La Verne!

Our guests have complete privacy during their stay. Check-in is set up for guests to check in on their own, using the instructions provided on the app. The guests’ have private parking, access to the property, and outdoor patio space. We of course are available to our guests, should they need anything or have questions.

There is a video camera only the entrance of the property, as well as around the entire perimeter of the property. This is to ensure our guests' safety, as well as our family's safety throughout the stay.

We suggest our guests walk downtown for great food and spirits, however we offer one mid-size parking spot for those that need to drive to their destination. Both Uber and Lyft are also available for those guests that need to get around without a vehicle.

Our guesthouse allows for (1) parking space, which is adjacent to the home. The space is available for small - mid size vehicles. For larger vehicles, such as SUV and trucks, street parking will be required. The street parking is 50 feet from the property, and requires a parking permit. We can provide our guests with the permit, but would prefer to be made aware prior to guests arrival. (Parking permit is $3.00 a night)

Our neigborhood is nestled in Downtown La Verne, just a block from ULV and two block from downtown. The streets are lined with trees, and many California Bungalows and Craftmans homes. Many that come to visit the area, are usually here to visit the many local colleges, family and friends.
