Positive: Excellent place. As soon as we walked in to the bar and said "we have a room booked" a member of the team came straight over took us to our room, showed us around, told us about breakfast arrangements and asked if we were going to eat later and explained this. Food was outstanding both in the bar that evening and for breakfast, staff were attentive, help full and chatty. My son commented this was the best burger ever. Welcome pack had lots of useful info, internet was quick and easy to set up, spacious car park. Room was a nice size and comfortable - we had 2 rooms and TV's in both which was unexpected but meant my son could watch something different. Room had a little fridge with real milk which was lovely.
