Positive: Was out of city limits & clean comfortable!

Negative: Did not ( Like the extended noise upstairs until 1130 pm when trying to sleep) or someone starting Laundry at 1030 pm)!! Few things to take into consideration for future guest! But was comfortable clean stay!
