Centrally located in the heart of the Germantown Neighborhood just blocks from downtown, you have quick highway access to anywhere in the city, and a very short trip to local restaurants and shops. This space hits all the marks for style, comfort, convenience, and amenities. Cooking is encouraged in the gourmet kitchen; perfect for prepping mom's Lasagna! Look no further!
The kitchen well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware, cooking utensils, dinnerware and flatware. Basics items such as salt, pepper and oil are provided. If any of these are out, please do not hesitate to ask as we keep stock of these items and someone can drop them off. Coffee essentials such as K-Cups, a variety of sweeteners and creamers are provided.
The bathrooms are stocked with bath products, plush linens, make up remover wipes with embroidered make up towels and toothbrush kits are available if needed.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.
KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
