Positive: It was very spacious and actually had more sleeping arrangements than I originally believed. Also, it was in a good area where it was not noisy at night.

Negative: It was a little hot when we got there, but the owner allowed us to turn the AC up and plug in the extra one.

Summary: Great area and great price!
