Summary: All staff very friendly and helpful. Only a short walk from Gloucester Road tube station. Room was excellent, comfy beds with lovely quality bed linen. Kitchenette was really handy and well appointed. We had a room at the rear which was really quiet and hard to believe you were in the centre of London and we had the window open at night. Overall excellent value for money and would definitely book there again.
