Summary: We enjoyed staying at the sheepfold. The conversion is beautifully done and makes amazing use of the space. If you want to get away from it all, this will suit you. Though mind the sloping roof in the bedrooms. The many beaches are vast and accessible and the Atlantic impressive. The nearby lake will give you a quiet swim. The hosts are very welcoming. We were sad to go. Of all the local wild birds, the usually totally shy hoopoe saw us on our way, sitting on a post just a few feet away.
