Positive: Lovely friendly host who met us upon arrival. Clean accommodation, with all the basics like tea provided. Clean bathroom. Cosy room which was quiet and ok for sleep. It was pretty much a good deal for the price. There is a bus outside on the main road, which is ideal to get into the city centre. Lovely old Victorian building with original features retained like stained glass windows, which I loved.

Negative: Carpet in room needs changing as it is tired and not clean. The fact you have to pay by debit card at the property, and cannot use a credit card might be an issue for some guests.

Summary: Good value stay and would go there again if in area
