Fifty Five is a nostalgic coastal beach house located in a blue ribbon waterfront position with breath-taking water views straight down the magnificent harbour to Port Stephens iconic headlands. The picturesque child-friendly beach and large grassy waterfront reserve are prefect for family games and to enjoy a quintessential beach house holiday in paradise. This unique character home features expansive living areas, huge outdoor balconies and four stylish bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 10 guests (max 8 adults), making it ideal for two families or a multigenerational family to share.
The heart of the home is the kitchen and living area. A vast elevated open plan design which takes in the spectacular sea and beach views. The charming fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the 3m long, 10 seater dining table where the whole family can come together for holiday feasts. The large waterfront tiered balcony provides ample seating and sunbathing positions and is ideal for entertaining and relaxation while taking in the glistening sea vista.
On the non-waterfront side is a huge undercover entertainment area, with a dining setting, BBQ and comfy lounge. There’s a selection of seasonal fresh herbs and vegetables in the garden that guests are welcome to use.
On the ground floor are three bedrooms, a family bathroom with shower plus a bathtub, and an office with a sofa bed suitable for two children. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom featuring jaw-dropping water views, a Juliet balcony and ensuite. A large walk in robe area that could accommodate a cot for the little ones.
Fifty Five has a laundry with washer and dryer, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a triple garage, electric sliding driveway gate for privacy and ample driveway space for additional parking. Upon arrival you’ll discover your beds made with white linens and fluffy towels for the bathrooms.
Conveniently located in very close proximity to Rick Stein’s Bannisters, Soldiers Point Marina, Boat Ramp and Bowling Club, and Little Salamander Shops.
Take in stunning sunrises and sunsets. Watch the dolphins swim by each day and the swans and many other species of birds at your doorstep. In the evening you will experience the most spectacular full moons over the water while listening to the waves.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas, blankets and pillows. Beach towels are available for use at the property.

BOND FiftyFive has a refundable bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
