Rules:
--Please turn off air-conditioner before leaving the room, and turn off the water heater after shower in order to save energy. Otherwise, the guest will be fined 300 HKD each time discovered. Please understand.
--The room is passcode locked and you will do the check-in by yourself with the passcode we send you after successful reservation
--Thorough cleaning will be done before guests check in. We dont provide everyday cleaning during guests staying. Please keep the place clean.
--There is a big garbage can next to the safe exit. Please take garbage out by yourself to keep the room clean.
--No Smoking
--No Pets
--Check-in after 3:00 P.M.
--Late check in is ok
--Check-out before 12:00 P.M.
