This beautiful condo is on the beach and is a direct ocean front unit stretching across the whole beach front of the building. It is the largest 2-bedroom condo with 1600 sq. ft. of space and the ONLY condo with both bedrooms and living room facing the ocean. The condo has 2 ensuite private bathrooms plus a half bath. The condo is in a very high demand Sunny Isles Beach, Florida's Riviera. Safe, clean and family friendly with 5 Diamond Zagat rated restaurant Il'Mulino just steps away, shopping and other restaurants across the street within walking distance. It has two double beds in the guest bedroom and king size bed in the master bedroom, all the beds have double pillow top mattresses and face the ocean. Beautiful ocean front living room with a 86"HD TV and wireless Internet, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, coffee maker and complete dining housewares as well as cooking utensils. Linens and towels are provided, and the apartment has its own washer and dryer.

Summary: We had an amazing stay in this condo last week. The views are amazing and this location is close to so many shops and restaurants. We loved walking to coffee shops each morning. No need for a car, we just ubered to the mall or any resteraunt that was too far to walk too. The main downside was we got a lot of rain during our week. We will totally come back as the location and views are totally worth it. Al is by far the best host and so helpful and always available and we have been renting properties for 17 years now. His condo has literally everything you could need and we so appreciated all the little things. My kids love cozy blankets to curl up on the couch and watch movies at night and he had plenty. My kids are still talking about his soft bathroom towels, and so many of them! Thank you for all the little details that you put into this condo. You even have the basics to get started with laundry and cleaning, again not something that you get in most rentals, thank you! The building itself is starting to show its age along with the pool area and in our opinion is need of a refresh. However you cannot beat this location and beach access, views are worth it!
