Summary: The check in was less than desirable. Hotels.com did not give the hotel my phone number. The way check in is, the hotel said they send a text message for check in, but they were never given mine. After walking around the property, i found the phone number to call. Once i did, the lady was able to send me a text message. I was able to get in. Hotels.com needs to do a better job at communicating this. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, but do not expect to watch TV before bed. there were none.
