Positive: This is a clean, modern, well laid out home with large open common space but also get away areas inside and outside for as large group gathering. As there are no other t homes within viewing distance, it provides privacy with a pole yard area for children and adults to play outside. The downstairs game room and the hot tub were a great plus. The hosts respond quickly to any requests or questions.
Negative: There is no AC so on hot days and nights it could be a bit uncomfortable. The many ceiling and floor fans around the house can help. There is also no cell service in the entire area but some calls can be made using the house’s WiFi service.
Summary: Our family group of 7 adults and 3 children (3-11 years) had a wonderful 7 day stay at this very nice Black Hills home.
