Summary: Decent location, kind staff but understaffed and needing better inter communication. Checking in took far too long and if not for a guest I was meeting there who happened to have the direct contact of the main manager, our check in staff member was completely unable to get me checked in, to no fault of their own. Upon check in, there were no towels. Again, if not for the Person I was meeting there who was already checked in who gave me one of theirs, I wouldn’t have had one. The room was unswept upstairs and downstairs and the kitchen was dirty. Everything is newly renovated. Decent shower pressure and temperature. The walls are thin, the neighborhood is remarkably loud.
