Positive: House was lovely and perfect for our large group, tram stop right outside so handy for reaching everywhere beautifully clean and loads of space for kids to have there own chill out area Kids loved the massive tv

Negative: Only issue we had was the showers, with so many people we couldnt get any of the showered to heat up. the lovely owners advise the shower in the main bathroom worked from a hot water tank so we used that but was a bit hard with so many of us, wouldn't stop us coming bakc though
