Summary: The condo itself was clean, the building was nice, and the location was definitely the best part of the stay. It’s right downtown near the mall, restaurants, and plenty of things to do, which made getting around very convenient. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit since we ended up needing it during our stay. However, there were several issues that made the experience less comfortable for our group of 6, including 3 children. There were not enough towels provided, so I had to buy detergent and wash towels daily just so everyone could have clean towels. We also could never figure out how to get any of the 3 TVs to work. Another major issue was the pull-out bed in the living room. It would not stay down and kept rising back up whenever someone got off of it. One of the children sleeping on it was small, and the bed sat several inches off the floor once weight was on it, which did not feel very safe or comfortable. Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but the lack of basic accommodations and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing.
