Positive: The owner was great - we loved chatting with him when we arrived a having Turkish coffee with him. The courtyard is lovely and sunny and we enjoyed eating our breakfast and dinner outside in the sun. Lake Iznik is just across the road and our kids went swimming from a nearby jetty.

Negative: The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke.
