The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, microwave, compact refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials you need: cooking pots, pans, and basics like salt and pepper. Enjoy your meals in the cozy indoor dining area, or step outside to the outdoor dining space to dine with a view.

A fully functional BBQ grill awaits your culinary creations (please bring your preferred charcoal). Just steps away sits an inviting firepit nestled beside the creek, perfect for evening gatherings. Guests have full access to the studio unit, bathroom, kitchen, backyard, seating area, bbq grill and firepit areas.
I won`t be present, but I`m just a message away from anything you may need.
Please note that this studio is part of a bigger house next door, either you rent the studio unit only or the entire house, we have another listing for that.

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on property ($500 smoke odor removal fee)
Please respect quiet hours: 10pm to 7am. Excessive noise or complaints can result in full deposit forfeiture and removal
Maintain the space in good condition; extra cleaning fees apply for excessive mess
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay
Use designated parking; do not block driveways or access points
Turn off all lights and appliances when leaving the property
