This private condo is located on the top floor of a beautifully restored triplex and features modern furnishings throughout. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable extended stay, including a queen bedroom and a private back porch—perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or unwinding in the evening. Please note, the unit is only accessible by stairs.
Guests also have access to shared outdoor amenities, including a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock. A washer and dryer are located in the shared basement and available to all three units. One off-street parking space is provided behind the home, with plenty of free street parking available in front.
