Positive: The location was great, right in the heart of Bologna.

Negative: Unfortunately the apartment needs some love. It is weathered and needs some updating. A number of items need repairing. The timber around the mirror in the bathroom had fallen off. The bathroom sink and toilet were dripping. The toilet roll holder was broken. Some kitchen crockery and utensils did not appear to have been washed and coffee machine looked like it needed a good scrub. We paid for six nights and even though the host was happy to oblige and quick to respond, we had to ask for a change of towels and toiletries.

Summary: Great location, but the apartment needs refurbishing.
