Summary: My friends and I were in town for a conference and needed a place to stay. While the beds were comfortable, everything else was lacking. NO kitchen sink to wash your dishes. Upstairs neighbors shower was leaking into the closet. No joke!! No hot water in the 2nd bathroom. Messy garbage in the backyard. Come on now! Randomn empty appliance boxes in the kitchen. If you're going to ask for 250/night you should put some effort into your place.
