Nestled in a lush treelined setting, your Sedro Woolley getaway awaits at this exceptional 4-bedroom lake house with a hot tub, an outdoor patio kitchen, 3 balconies and a huge rec room (pool table, shuffle board, air hockey, foosball table, and 65" flatscreen TV, board games and much more!). Its lodging setup offers much flexibility including 4 bedrooms each with queen bed, 3 bunk beds, and 3 cubby children beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machines, your stay will be enjoyable and relaxing. Plus, there's an additional office space with 3 bunk beds for extra flexibility. We also have an optional Bungalow that sleeps up to 6 more guests. We can't wait to welcome you to our fabulous retreat. See you soon!
Please note: Kayaks and boat are not available to guests, privately owned. Dock and dock access is not included with rental, private use only. Additional fees apply for groups of 8+, please inquire. Combined with Optional Bungalow, sleeps maximum 14. A refundable Security Deposit $1000 may be required. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay. Any additional person must be approved in advance and will be subject to $30 fee per night. In the event Guest initiates a chargeback, Guest agrees to pay an administration fee of $500 to Owner regardless of the outcome of dispute. Guest must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation of this property. There are outdoor Ring security cameras at front and back doors for your added protection, please do not touch or tamper, a fine of $500 may be imposed, thanks.

Summary: The house itself is lovely and well-appointed, with particularly modern and updated bathrooms. We appreciated the abundance of supplies—plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, and even a generous selection of spices. The backyard opens up to a serene lake, and the view is truly breathtaking. However, the yard itself felt cluttered, almost like a flea market, and could benefit from a thorough cleaning to match the beauty of its surroundings. The most significant issue with this rental was the owner’s approach. A few days before our trip, we were sent a two-page contract filled with punitive clauses and were told that entry instructions would only be provided upon signing. In fact, we received the access details just one hour before arrival. Then, a day our arrival, we were informed that the large window overlooking the lake was broken and would not be repaired in time.After our departure, we were notified of a supposedly burnt pillow and billed 50 through VRBO. When I asked for clarification, I received three conflicting explanations about where the pillow was found. I provided video evidence of our departure, which showed no damage or burnt pillow in the area cited. Only after this did the owner withdraw the claim—though not without a condescending tone.Our group has been renting through VRBO for over 15–20 years, and we've never encountered treatment like this.
