Positive: Very spacious! Almost as big as a house. Very big rooms! Kitchen is basic but offers all you need. Very friendly host! Playground right next to the location Can only recommend
Negative: Half an hour drive to the lake but didnt bother us as we only stayed 2 nights. (We used as inbetween stop between tuscany and austria)
