Positive: Beautiful location and very comfortable stylish flat.

Negative: The stairs are extremely steep - think this should be mentioned on the details as it would have rendered the flat inaccessible for many people - also there is no gate at the top - it would be very easy to stumble and fall down these in an unfamiliar location.
