Positive: The location is good!

Negative: The room was not maintained well. The furniture seemed very used and needs updating. The mattress was not comfortable. The towel rack is about to fall off the wall. The toilet kept wanting to refill the whole time. We kept having to fix the handle so it would stop. There was mildew on the wall from ventilation not good in bathroom. It was clean other than the mildew. There are a couple different pin or codes you get and that was confusing at first of when you to use which and where . There is no host onsite to talk to about questions. You must text or call a number and wait for response . The things I did like were the location. It’s close to very nice beach homes leading down to beach. There is a nice view from balcony of a small lake. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. There are little shops close by to get things you may need. I did love the private beach access with chairs provided! Not crowded!
